  • Every renter completes a quick online ID check before we release the access code. It keeps our trailers secure and means we can offer 24/7 pickup without staff on site.

  • Yes. Use the link in your confirmation to change your times or extend your hire, and pay any difference online. It's subject to availability, so extend before your hire ends if you need longer.

  • Free cancellations up to 24 hours prior to pickup. A $25 fee will be charged if cancellations are made after 24 hours.

  • The rental process is managed entirely online. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a link to your reservation page. After your ID is verified, you’ll need to take photos of the trailer. We’ll then reveal the code to unlock the trailer and hitch up. Your code only works during your rental window.
